► CIP SCORE METHODOLOGY (QUICK REF)
Metric 1 — LPI (World Bank): Customs Efficiency + Timeliness. Both ≥3.2 → 0. Either 2.7–3.2 → 1. Either below 2.7 → 2.
Metric 2 — IDB Projects: No projects → 0. One-off → 1. Recurring → 2.
Composite: If both available: ROUND((LPI + IDB) / 2, 0). If only IDB (Ecuador, Suriname): use IDB score.

■ 1 = Moderate Pressure
■ 2 = High Pressure
